Here are the services offered to date and the different stages:

1st offer (Home Pack):

The objective: to find your accommodation, on average 20 days depending on the file. Interview and signature of a Search Agreement: to define your search criteria (presentation of the different formulas: furnished rental, unfurnished, shared accommodation, student rooms…), neighborhoods and particularities, we advise you on the type of accommodation, budget. …

After your decision on the choice of neighborhoods, we begin searching for rental properties. We then organize a range of visits for you, you can participate by video or we make a photo/video report at each visit that we will submit to you. Once we have found the property that suits you, we proceed with the negotiation of the lease and the presentation of your file to the owner. We also help you to compile your file and in particular to obtain a guarantee via an organization unless you are able to have a local French person as a guarantor. Often French landlords are reassured to have an on-site contact person with whom they can talk, which often allows us to close quicker than remotely and at more competitive rental rates. We also have our own network on site (real estate agency, personal network, etc.). We organize the inventory, meter readings, check the conformity of the lease and the conditions, and stay by your side from and until the fitting out.

In the event of any issues within 3 months of the move in date (this can happen, e.g. water damage, defective equipment, neighbours, etc.), we remain available to help resolve these problems.

2nd offer (INSTALLATION Pack):

Expatriation generates many administrative procedures, some long or complex when you do not know the French system. We take care of the registrations and the procedures for the students because we have the advantage of knowing perfectly the different organizations and the necessary documents in France.

Why BedIn france?

Mother of 3 children and living in Dubai for more than 20 years, I have connected with an important network of French-speaking families and parents in the Middle East and particularly in the UAE. Also, as a Frenchwoman, I was very frequently asked to provide my services and help parents who decide to have their children continue their studies in France. I quickly realized that this step was very stressful as a parent. Parents are often worried about not being there or not having any relatives near by, and having to look for accommodation remotely. Furthermore, in my schooling years and professional career, I have traveled a lot, in fact settling in a new city when you don’t know anyone is a real struggle, that’s why I decided with the help best friend, Zahia, based in Paris, to create BedIn France! The First service dedicated to students from the UAE and the Middle East, which supports and facilitates their move to France! More than accommodation, I wanted to offer reliability and support in this very new step in life!
